These Terms & Conditions govern your reservation and stay at {{hotel_name}} ("the Hotel", "we", "us"). By making a booking on this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations

When you complete a booking, you enter into an agreement directly with {{hotel_name}}. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years of age. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a booking confirmation.

2. Rates & Charges

All rates are quoted in the Hotel's currency and, where shown in another currency, are provided as an approximate guide only. The amount charged is always in the Hotel's currency. Rates include applicable taxes and fees as displayed at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is made securely to {{hotel_name}} through our payment provider. Your card details are encrypted and processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. Depending on the rate selected, your card may be charged at the time of booking or held and charged in line with the rate's conditions.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

The cancellation policy shown with your chosen rate at the time of booking applies to your reservation. Refunds, where due, are processed to the original payment method. Non-refundable rates are not eligible for refund.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in and check-out times are shown in your booking confirmation. Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Guest Responsibilities

You agree to respect the Hotel's property, staff, and other guests, and to comply with all Hotel policies during your stay. You are responsible for any loss or damage caused during your stay.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, {{hotel_name}} is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Force Majeure

{{hotel_name}} is not responsible for failure to perform its obligations where caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of {{hotel_country}}. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

10. Changes to These Terms
